Attached to the eating establishment there is one of the oldest prosciutteries in San Daniele, recently renovated respecting the normative Eruopean trends, which has prodicedthe renowned cured ham for over fifty years, to this very day maintaining the old craftsmanship involved, where careful experience has proved to be the only way of achieving a perfectly seasoned product.
